tinfoilhat   11 #13 Posted May 26, 2015 We do undoubtedly need honest, conviction politicians with integrity. But the electorate also have to be grown up enough to take the truth when it's offered.  Too often the politician is rewarded with loss of support when he tries to tell it how it is. So you can't blame them for obfuscation if not outright lying.  You've got that right Anna. The person who wins elections is the slickest, not the cleverest or the honest.
