Why frank never made it big? it was always a good night out when he was on.

 

I remember seeing Frank and his band doing one of the best versions i have ever heard of Stevie Ray Vaughan's ,the house is a rockin,.Sad to see so many of sheffields pubs disappearing.I still mourn for the Deerstalker in stannington.:cry:

Went past today and its all going by the looks of it, almost totally demolished.

 

They were not given permission to demolish it - supposed to keep the facade.

 

Alterations and extensions to existing building to create two separate coffee shop/hot food takeaway units (use class A1/A3 & A5) with drive-through facility and car park

They will probably do what happens a lot nowadays where they build something in its place with new materials made to look the same.It was famously done on an old airport in the south where the airport terminal building was listed.They basically demolished it left a couple of rows of original bricks and then rebuilt the facade with new materials to look similar to the original and bizzarely it is still deemed a listed building.http://ipswichairport.co.uk/terminal.html
