SqueakyPete   10 #13 Posted May 19, 2015 could you justify why you think this is ?  Are you seriously insinuating its safe to walk around the manor at night?
 Share this content via...

InigoMontoya   10 #15 Posted May 19, 2015 Hello, I am fairly new to Sheffield. Is Wybourn near manor? Can you walk or is it better to get the bus? ( I do not have a car). Thanks in advance.  I'd get the bus back, as it's mainly uphill.
 Share this content via...
Reesh2052 Â Â 10 #16 Posted May 19, 2015 It can be done. Best not to do it alone, or after dark though. Â It's as safe as any other neighbourhood, although there are some areas in Sheffield that you should definitely not walk through alone in the evening. Â It clearly isn't. I dare say the figures for street crime in Manor/Wybourn will be higher than Ranmoor for example.
 Share this content via...

Love2print   10 #22 Posted May 19, 2015 How far do like to walk? Some people take the car to go round the corner to the nearest shop. I once walked from the high rise flats at the top of Stannington to Grenoside. But I doubt most people would want to walk that.
