Douglas J Â Â 10 #5 Posted April 7, 2015 They have loads look at the manor estate....can't understand why they say there's no land yet vast areas have been left empty for all these years! Â The shortage of Council housing isn't because of a shortage of land. It's because local government finance rules prevent them building new housing. It's what they do. Do you really want a load of civil servants with no idea what they are doing flogging stuff? Kier have qualified chartered surveyors and planners working on behalf of the council.
