Hi, yes, they have thank goodness, S I V should be ashamed how they ran the complex, they ran it like amateurs, they reduced, then reduced the opening times again, the shower temperature went up and down like a yo yo, then the pool temperature went down, then down again! The opening times never matched the printed times in the timetable, and sometimes the gents changing rooms became the female changing rooms! repaires were when we feel like it, 6 months on average, the "waiting for spare parts" we're a virtually a permanant fixture. Useless sums them up.

This is my opinion, the poolside staff were always first class. By the way.
