Best Foot Forward - local walks for people with breast cancer

Breast Cancer Care's Best Foot Forward walks start on Tuesday 31st March in Sheffield with a walk at Graves Park, meeting at the Rose Garden Café at 10:15am. The walk will be led by two trained volunteer walk leaders and will last between 30-60mins followed by a trip to the café.

 

Please come along if you can to support the first walk and get this launch off to a great start. Following this, walks will take place in the following places:

 

Tuesday walks

We meet alternate Tuesdays at the locations below:

 

Graves Park, Hemsworth Road, Sheffield, South Yorkshire S8 8LL

Every other Tuesday (from 31st March 2015) at the Rose Garden Cafe at 10.15am for a 10.30am start.

 

Botanical Gardens, Clarkehouse Road, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, S10 2LN

Every other Tuesday (from 7th April 2015) at the main Botanical Garden gates (Thompson Road entrance) at 2pm for a 2.15pm start.

 

 

Saturday walks

We meet on the third Saturday of each month at various locations:

 

Low Bradfield The Sands, Low Bradfield, S6

Meet in the car park (free parking) at 10.15am, for a 10.30am start.

 

5 Weirs Walk, Meadowhall Shopping Centre, Sheffield, S9 1EP

Meet in the pink car park (entrance by Marks and Spencer) at 10.15am, for a 10.30am start.

 

Rother Valley Country Park Mansfield Road, Wales Bar, Sheffield, S26 5PQ

Meet at car park at 10.15am, for a 10.30am start.
