Would have helped if lights were only on at say peak times

I thought this too.

 

Queues even when traffic is light, will be a total nightmare when peak traffic is back to pre-covid levels.

I've only drove on there a couple of times when busy and seemed quicker at  getting the queue down, that's what I thought anyway but maybe need to drive it a few more times.

At busy times before they changed it, getting out of the McDonald's exit was an absolute nightmare, especially trying to get a bus out of there so if anything I'm sure it should of improved that exit.
