Is it possible to have motor bike tuition without owning a motor bike? I would like to gain a motor cycle license but I do not have a motor cycle.

Yes. I think most instructors provide motorcycles.

Yes definitely. There are numerous organisations that do this. Bit rusty about latest legislation but pretty sure engine capacity/horsepower limits depend on rider age nowadays.

All riding schools provide bikes. Book yourself on a CBT. It takes a day, costs about 100 quid, its the first step in getting a licence, and itll give you an idea of if you want to carry on with it or not.
