Hello: My great grandfather/mother (James D. Connelly and Theresa Horan) lived in Sheffield in the 1860's. They lived on Turner Crossings. They had a son born to them in Sheffield, Manchester or Liverpool about 1868/70. They were Irish Catholic. His profession was that of a printer.

If he was born in Sheffield, and lived on Turner Crossings, what church would be the most likely to conduct his baptism?

Thanks.

Kerry Connelly

I have sent you an email.

Just had a look. There is a James Connelly born 1838 Manchester. No Theresa, which might mean she was born pre 1837
