SteveJ68 Â Â 10 #37 Posted March 20, 2015 A porn empire worth billions and a corner shop selling porn. Oh and a porn recruiting company and I star in my own porn films. Â What an outstandingly sleazy example of a bottom-feeding Tory entrepreneur. I admire your honesty though.
 Share this content via...

Cyclone   10 #40 Posted March 20, 2015  Didn't you know this? that is why you will here in a court something like "contrary to the road traffic act bla bla bla" (act of Paliment) and contrary to common law (criminal law). Acts of parliament forms law. Common law just means that it's law that has been formed by previous judgements.  You will never go before the crown court for an act as these are held in a commercial court (A magistrate court) a sort of mixture between the county court and privet prosecutions held by the CPS (usualy criminal) and Councils (privet as they are a limited company) There are plenty of acts which will land you in a crown court. Breaches of the firearms act for example, where private possession of most handguns was outlawed. The serious crime act, the human trafficking act, all the drugs acts, these will all land you in a crown court.  You can hire the court yourself if you have the cash and prosicute who ever you like You can make a private prosecution, that is not the same as hiring the court.  However a magistrate can not operate in a commercial capacity if under oath and should only hear arguments put before the court. a referee if you will. A magistrate can however imprison someone if they surrender, create joinder or give consent to the court.  And no i'm not a freeman you don't have to be a "freeman" to know your rights  No Harm No Loss (including fraud) No injury No beach of the peace  Stick to those principals and you will never be a criminal. everything else is just an act of parliament. a collar around the neck to keep people under control and in servitude. Yeah, right. Go and buy yourself a handgun, and then google how to make a bomb and the home address of David Cameron. See how quickly your nonsense lands you in jail on a terrorism charge and firearms charges, despite these only being recently created offences by acts of parliament.  But hay your as free as you think you are right? oh and for a crime to be committed, there has to be an injured party. Also not true, complete rubbish in fact.
 Share this content via...
sgtkate   10 #41 Posted March 20, 2015 When would the register be taken? Let's say I am unemployed a month before the election but get a job 3 weeks before. Can I vote? What about if I get sentenced the day before the election? What if I own a company who siphons all my funds to Switzerland so don't pay any tax?  The thing about running a country is sometimes there's a great idea, but that in practice the great idea costs too much to make it worthwhile. But this one isn't even a great idea. It's a terrible one.
 Share this content via...

MikeFrank   10 #43 Posted March 20, 2015 What about the ability to sell your vote? Then the feckless could sell their vote to buy booze and fags.  Mmmm that's a good idea. Perhaps it would create jobs as well with Marketing Companies sending spam and making cold calls..  "Hello, Our records show you have been made unemployed in the last year?"...
