Dun working   10 #1 Posted March 19, 2015 Does anyone know if an offender given community service as a punishment is put to work collecting litter, the reason i ask is that this year there seems to be more and more litter around, they would do the community a service by picking it up.  Come to think of it what community service are they given to do.
