I had one of those and seemed really good but when i came to using the footage the files were corrupted and couldnt be used. It was replaced and the new unit did the same thing. If you havent watched what youve recorded yet then please do so just in case you got one from the same dodgy batch as me.

I want to add that it was from a difference seller so yours could be fine.

Looks cheap enough but a bit on large size, however what's the quality like?

Looks like a decent lens on that one tho, so probably gives half decent videos.

I'm using my iPhone with the Car Camera DVR app.

 

What I like about this is that I've always got my phone with me, so it's easy to sit in the mount when I get in the car. If I had a dedicated unit I'd probably only use it on long journeys. Quality is quite good. I can still make and receive calls, but it would be no use if you use your phone for music or satnav.
