Free Web Hosting?

I'm looking for a free webhost & meaningful domain name for Sheffield Foxhill TARA, our community non-profit organisation.

 

I'd only need about 100mb of space or even less, just to post agendas, some photos & project details and establish a web presence.

 

Hampshire County Council offer their local non-profits 50mb webspace & a hants.gov.uk domain name; I wish Sheffield did something similar.

 

I'm looking at e-voice.org but the domain name e-voice.org/foxhilltara I find a bit indistinct - does anyone know of a better service?

if you dont mine spending £1 you could get foxhilltara.com from godaddy with a discount code.. then just find you're space and point the domain to that.. .org and .co.uk's are around 4.99

We may be able to help with the hosting but you will need to get your own domain sorted out. A '.org.uk' domain will cost six quid or less for the year.

Many ISP's used to offer free webspace, just checked mine with Plus.net and i have 250Mb.

A forum member has kindly offered to do the hosting if I sort out a domain.

I followed willnotbite's suggestion and am about to buy my domain at GoDaddy for £1.11!
