Hi bought a sofa last weekend thought they were great

Went in a few times at the end of last year when looking for a new sofa and always found the staff to be friendly and helpful, but not pushy.

Know a few people who have bought from here and they have had no problems.

DFS is the one to avoid across the road.!

Spelling mistake

We bought a sofa a from there 12 months ago. When it turned up it didnt look right in the living room it was far too big. We raised this with them and they were happy for us to return and pick an alternative - just charging a small admin fee. I didn't know at the time however we were then advised the majority of other furniture stores have a no return policy- whether this has hanged I am not sure however I found that unbelievable.

Sofa works were excellent, customer service great, really understanding and helpful. I'd highly recommend them.

Excellent service from chrissy and delivery came earlier than expected.

 

Very happy to date and would use again. None of that usual sofa high sell rubbish.

After my experience with DFS I'd rather sit on old tea chests than use them again...
