Looks a pretty good record?

 

Its what isnt in the record, Chelsea had won lots in the seasons before Grant came. Portsmouth was in a dreadful season due to Paul Hart starting off poorly, Grant never really managed to get them playing either, despite it being a strong squad.

 

His time at West Ham was atrocious, overseeing one of the worst starts to a season ever, again, despite having a pretty solid squad.
