Been messing with drops of water.

 

This is what you get when two drips meet.

nice Karl! Haven't done water drops for ages and never tried 2 at the same time. Might have to get the kit back out for this one

 

What set up are you using for the drops?

I used a solenoid to make the water drops and a phototransistor/laser combo to detect the drops as they go past. These are connected to an Arduino and some home-built electronics to control the camera and flash.

Slightly more advanced than my freezer bag with a small hole in it tied to a cupboard door with a camera remote shutter release and me trying to time it set up then
