Pc not working properly

needing advice for pc it's not working properly the USB ports don't work n the monitor in constant sleep mode

This could be all manner of things - do you get any signs of life? Any beeps when starting up?

 

Is your monitor plugged into a Graphics Card or onboard graphics?

No beeps no power to USB ports, all fans spinning, built in graphics card, cleaned n swapped ram, monitor in sleep mode. Green screen when pc froze n no life after, thank you , disk drive works too but the use on front of tower don't work either.

Could be a motherboard issue - if you run your finger over the top of the capacitors, do any of them feel raised or convex?

No they don't

mmmm - ok if you power it up without any RAM installed - do you get an response from it?

Same without ram , could it be graphics card?

Maybe - You could try adding a graphics card and seeing if you get some response - if it's not that I would suspect maybe the Mobo or even the seating of the processor/heatsink/thermal paste
