I don't want to see this' query

My wife uses a tablet to look at Facebook. She keeps getting 'I don't want to see this' message at bottom right hand corner of screen. The screen will not then react to pressure and becomes unresponsive. This does not happen when Facebook is accessed on PC. Anyone any ideas as to how to stop this message appearing?

"I don't want to see this" is an option for Facebook posts to stop you seeing them (and similar)

 

and touch screen's don't use pressure you shouldn't really even be using much, if any pressure when using a modern touch screen device.

 

Grease and finger prints etc can affect it and stop it working...
