muddywolf Posted February 23, 2015 Posted February 23, 2015 (edited) Just seen this message on the propertyshop website "Changes to the Age Designation of Flats and Bungalows The Council are currently considering proposals to change the age designation that apply to all our bungalows and blocks of flats following a recent review. This means that the age designation on some of these types of properties, currently advertised, may be changed or removed in the near future. For any further information about these proposals please contact us " Good / bad news? Can only assume they are lowering any age requirements rather than raising them. Good points - more property available for younger singles. Bad points - Alot of the older residents have had their neighborhoods out of bounds to the younger applicants, who have been bundled together on the likes of Emerson and Kyle. Can't imagine many of the older generation being joyed by the prospect of new younger neighbors. Edited February 23, 2015 by muddywolf
