nightwish   10 #26 Posted November 15, 2006 Wow what a GREAT idea. At last, drivers of what some non educated people refer to as "old bangers" gain some space!! Prefer an old/classic car ANY day of the week, and would not be seen in a modern car unless it was a taxi! yes i feel the same as you:thumbsup: we have a suzuki jeep sorry heap. Its only 3 years old and is falling to bits :mad:a few more thousand we could have had a new MG roadster How about a classic car rock night at the dove and rainbow:hihi:
 Share this content via...
Skatiechik   10 #27 Posted November 17, 2006 I have only just seen that GoldenFleece has taken over the running of the Dove and Rainbow..Doh! I must be well out of it .  A classic car rock night sounds good to me Perhaps on a quiet night though where we can all chat. Skatiechik   10 #29 Posted November 19, 2006 I was more thinking of catching the bus in for a social meet rather than an attendance with car meet, that is better left to the country pubs with food.
 Share this content via...

mega_monty   10 #34 Posted November 24, 2006 Thats just evil. No way for a trusted friend to be disposed of.  Maybe we should have had the vicar to have attened and said a few prayers as my trusty but rusty old friend was being loaded onto the truck.  However they did a good job of securing him to the back of the truck, by smashing the mobile crane through its roof, too late to change my mind now me thinks.
