scottf   21 #16 Posted February 11, 2015 Cartwright King are good solicitors as well and have assisted me with a family matter  Seconded- they have a small dedicated family department which means you get a really good, professional service from them.  There number is 0114 321 1000 and ask for Emma or Leanne
 Share this content via...

Event Horizo   10 #21 Posted February 16, 2015 I had to go to court for joint custody of my child. With my case i didn't bother with mediation and went for one session to say i'd attended. There is alot of price differences between firms so go for the non-profit ones if u have to go mediation route. Often the ones you are advised to go with are the most expensive . chipspice   10 #24 Posted February 24, 2015 You having a laugh Best Solicitors? The same Best Solicitors who have been slated by a High Court judge for allowing their client to lie for 2 years? (I should add that she now has to pay all the Legal Aid back....and I have a letter that says that as well) The same Best Solicitors that claimed (including in court) never to have spoken to Sheffield Social Services except to ask where a report was, yet a court order against Social Services showed 50+ phone calls from Best Solicitors and emails sent to Best Solicitors by their client forwarded to Social Services?  The same Best Solicitors currently under investigation by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and Legal Aid Agency?  The same Best Solicitors where certain solicitors discuss their clients by name and case with people in the pub which can be overheard by everyone?  I won't continue but if you require proof I have loads of it.  If I was recommending anyone it would be Howells. They have helped me out a lot over the past few months  we refer to them as "worst solicitors" where i work
 Share this content via...
