Zorin connection problem

For some reason when I turn on my laptop it has started to ask for internet login password all ir will accept is either a 5 or 12 digit password anything else and the ok button is grayed out. What could be the problem?

I get this if the router is not connected to the internet in Windows or on my HTC 310 - check your router is connected and also worth checking your router manufacturers website for any security updates - like my Asus one needed Cross-scripting bug resolving!
