Tracing great grandmother

Anyone know where I can get some information on the Matilda Tavern in central sheffield. Am told that my great gran used to sing in the tap room- not sure if she owned it or just worked there.It would be around 1900! Have looked all over for info but come to a dead end. THANKS.
