banjodeano 26 #25 Posted February 9, 2015 Bridge cameras are great for starting out on, but once you get the bug you'll soon find you want a DSLR. Bridge aren't as easy to sell on too, IMO. If I was you I'd jump straight in and get the Nikon D5300 - it's a great choice for the money. Bought my Canon 7D from hdewcameras. No probs whatsoever.
