katkin   10 #1 Posted January 23, 2015 ... looking to borrow or to acquire a free rabbit hutch please so that I can get another rescue rabbit [doe] to bond with my other two rescues (a neutered male lionhead/lop and an about to be spayed female lionhead).  Has to be something we could fit in a Nissan Micra and (my hope is that) we would only need it for a short time...  PS happy thoughts for Caramel when she goes under the knife on Monday - as well as being spayed, she is having a small lump investigated so paws crossed she will be OK. bogwoppit   10 #2 Posted January 23, 2015 Hi Katkin - I have one which I was going to donate to Heeley Farm - my rabbits have gone there on long term loan while I restyle my garden and probably to stay as they are doing great and getting on brill with the other rabbits (note - the farm very strictly don't rehome rabbits generally). You could have the hutch and then return to farm when you have finished? It's not the best in terms of height so if it's a particularly big rabbit it would want to be in there as little as possible but it's 6ft long.
