I'm going in tomorrow to get the rear box (?) of my exhaust replaced - popped in today and was impressed at the initial service and quote. In particular, they took it up on the ramps and showed me what was up with it.

 

I'm v.v.annoyed at the garage I went to last year elsewhere in the city: the b@st@rds charged me £200 for a new exhaust system. The guy at Hawleys today showed me how the thieving gits had only replaced a small part.

dunno about there, been too long to remember but I used the guys on lepins lane (by the junction/chip shop) and they were quite good

How long should a new pair of front tyres last ? The OEM tyres on our current car have only done 18,000 miles and need replacing already.
