On a shoestring budget so £350 for a lift in a VW beetle is waaaaaay out of our price range! Bride (me) and groom going together. Can anybody help? Chez2 10 #2 Posted January 21, 2015 Do any of your friends or relatives have a nice car? Is doesn't have to be a prestige car to look nice. When my sister in law got married, we trimmed the car up with ribbons and I put a lightweight silk flower arrangement of the parcel shelf. My husband drove, I sat in the front, his sister (the bride) and their dad sat in the back. Its the cemermony, celebration and the people that is important. Don't worry about a fancy car.
