SportsTrophy   10 #49 Posted January 14, 2015 (edited) As above, If it wasn't for the attack the company would have gone under and the muslims problem would have been solved. Instead these murdering fools have made it an institution with 3 million copies sold. Looking for a copy too but not paying auction prices. Guest makapaka   #53 Posted January 14, 2015 It has become a symbol of unity, defiance and appeasement. After 7/7 there was "Not Afraid" I think Je Suis Charlie will now be in the history book long after the extremists have been forgotten.  I think that's wishful thinking unfortunately.  I think the reaction probably plays into extremist hands.  What happened was terrible but in real terms the loss of life was minimal compared to other events and led to millions of people trying to pretend they're not worried when really they are.  Probably just what the terrorists wanted. holymoses   10 #55 Posted January 14, 2015 We had 40 odd years of living with the threat of bombing from the IRA. They where more brazen, audacious and had a real cause than these fanatics.  In reality the fanatics have a lot of catching up to do before they cause real terror. Over the years there have been many terrorist groups, religion somehow has been the crux of all of them.
 Share this content via...

WhiteHawk   10 #57 Posted January 14, 2015 Value of an item is not determined on how much people are selling it for but for how much people are willing to pay for it. I can go on eBay now and put one for £1million. That doesn't make it worth £1million You can put a bid in for £1,000,000 but if the highest bid prior to you bidding is £7.50 then your bid will be £8.00.
