Article below from Derbyshire Times  "Snake Pass – which was opened during the day – has tonight been closed again by police.  Officers have decided to shut the road because of obstacles caused by cars left abandoned on Saturday night during heavy snowfall. biotechpete   10 #106 Posted January 20, 2015 Rowter Farm is by the top of Winnats.  Yes but that photo isn't of the pass, it's of the very minor road heading to the farm, which is off the road to Sparrowpit, that road is also currently closed due to the road collapsing so won't be gritted.
