January Healthy Eating

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

Like many folks I'm on a January Health Kick. Over a week in and it's losing it's shine. Any suggestions for simple, healthy recipes I can try??

Also, I've begun to blog about the recipes I've been trying out this January. All vegetarian, healthy recipes. All relatively easy and quick to make, without any expensive / bizarre ingredients. If you're interested in reading more, visit the web address below to have a look.

I also have a facebook page you can join, for updates of when there's a new blog post.

Thanks,

Hayley
