Listening to people froth off at the mouth when it's abundantly clear they are talking rubbish.

 

Having a reasonable number of friends who are Muslim.

 

Having a large number of Scouts who are Muslim and similarly their parents.

 

We just had a meeting tonight. Most of them know that I have a fondness for France - I mean we are even going on a summer Scout camp not too far from the region - and the embarrassment that some of them had that someone claiming to be of their religion had done this sort of thing was palpable.
