I don't think that the petrolprices.com figures are national. They're supposed to be just for the cheapest near to one's address.

In Sheffield, the most-often cheapest seem to be Sainsbury's [Archer Road]/Tesco [Abbeydale] plus occasionally Shell by Waitrose.
