Which is the fastest broadband in S5

We are changing our cable broadband provider from Virgin because we are getting rubbish broadband speeds.

 

We pay for the 100Mb package which we signed up for 7 month's ago.

We were told that we would get 100Mb from the day we get connected (what a lie)

From the day it was set up the speed we get at best is 38Mb, but that's in the daytime around 10-11 o'clock.

At teatime we get around 2Mb.

 

We do get a discount but i would rather pay the full price for the full speed.

 

They told me that the problem (utilization) would be fixed by the 18th of November then the 10th of December, but they have now told me that the date has been put back to the 20th of march 2015.

 

I can't cope with this speed any longer so i think it's time to change.

 

I have looked into what sort of broadband speed i would get in my area with different internet provider's on the net but i can't trust what the company's are advertising because it still state's that on our road through virgin we would get 100Mb and as i know this is not true

 

So if you live in the S5 PARSON CROSS area could you please let me know what sort of speed's you get through cable or phone line and who it's with so i can get the best speed for my money.
