New football & Goalkeeping school in 2015

We will be starting a new football school in the new year in the North Sheffield area (High Green, Chapeltown, Ecclesfield) and also in the South Barnsley area (Hoyland, Birdwell, Elsecar).

 

These sessions will be aimed at providing high quality coaching to young players for both outfield and goalkeeping along with nutritional advice, help and advice for young players wanting to search for a team, as well as one to one support.

 

The aim of our sessions is to provide a fun environment for children to learn new skills whilst improving those that wish to go on and play at a high level.

 

Players of all abilities will be welcome whether connected to a club or not, we welcome enquiries from currently existing teams and would offer a discount for bulk players coming along to train.

 

Our coaches, Mark Joyce and Jon Cotterill-Bolsover, are very experienced and are both trained to FA Level 2 in both Outfield and Goalkeeping. Mark has had a successful playing and coaching career with clubs such as Sheffield Wednesday, Sheffield FC and Worsbrough Bridge Athletic whilst Jon currently works as a Physical Education Manager within schools around South Yorkshire.

No I gave that up a few years ago now, took my coaching badges and started up a training and sports coaching company.
