Sheffield Star app no longer free from Jan 2015

An update to Sheffield Star app has just popped up in my iPad saying the app will no longer work from early Jan 2015 but there will be a free 30 day trial of the new app before a monthly subscription is required, don't think I will bother.

Thats probably why the Star has to charge now ,soon there will be no newspapers apart from the Sun who will print a daily Page 3 special for all the reprobates out there

I don't buy the paper, so I'm hardly going to pay for their app.

That is bad news. We wont be able to get indepth analysis like this for free anymore
