biotechpete   10 #4 Posted December 5, 2014 You can get whole cloves from the spice/herb isle of most supermarkets. They are especially in demand at this time of year. Will look like this: http://www.schwartz.co.uk/products/herbs-and-spices/spices/cloves-whole.aspx
 Share this content via...

anywebsite   10 #8 Posted December 8, 2014 Most asian grocers sell huge bags for much cheaper than the supermarkets. :-)  They do. I only wanted 4 of the things & got a lifetime supply for just over £1 from the Indian stall in the market. Will be handy for warding off toothache, or ebola
 Share this content via...
sushi   10 #9 Posted December 9, 2014 They do. I only wanted 4 of the things & got a lifetime supply for just over £1 from the Indian stall in the market. Will be handy for warding off toothache, or ebola Yes I have that size bag too. But you can soothe winters troubles by putting some porridge oats and some grated root ginger and cloves in a muslin bag or clean sock, and hang it under the running tap for a muscle warming and head clearing soak in the bath.
