Where can i find root beer?

hi guys and gals do any of you know where I can buy root beer I have just watched a program on how it's made I have seen it on tv and would like to try it. I used to love sarsaparilla when I was a lad and love the stuff put don't see that anymore any one now were I can buy both these drinks I'm sure a big supermarket will sell them but which one thanks gang cookingfat

Asda sell Carters root beer, its not bad, not as good as stuff from the US. If you want the proper stuff theres a shop in the oasis in meadowhall that sells it but its not cheap. Online amazon or americansweets.co.uk or similar sell it

 

My personal preference is for Barqs, then A&W then Mug

Worldwide Candy on Eccy Road carries it. Its about £1.50 or so for a 12oz can.

Also, imo, root beer is wrong and foul. blergh.

I used to love root beer from McDonald's as a kid. Thought I was the only person that bought it. Was talking to my friend other day about and I said I will get some when I see it for her to try.. So off to asda I go :-) xx
