If anybody has Type 2 diabetes or knows anybody could you please take 20 mins to complete my questionnaire ...  DIABETES RESEARCH: Do you have Type 2 Diabetes & are over the age of 18?  You are being invited to take part in a study exploring how patient's satisfaction with their treatment and how they think about their illness, impacts upon the management of their condition.  I am looking to recruit people with Type 2 diabetes, both male and female aged over 18 years to take part in an online questionnaire study, that should take around 20 minutes to complete.  All information given is completely confidential and anonymity is withheld throughout, you will not be asked to give any personal information.
