Try cafe Ceres at hunters bar roundabout.

 

French cafe , they do savoury and sweet crepes.

If all else fails, there's an American diner in Meadowhell. Can't remember it's name but it's upstairs in the main food bit.

I remember a pancake/crepes place in Orchard Square years ago run by a Dutch lady. Was really nice. I wonder what happened to her?
