I saw this and find some of the comments here hard to understand. Yes, he was in Sheffield. He wanted to discover the lengths some people go to to cheat the system and so he came here because this is where it's happening! He also visited Manchester for the same reason. Later in the programme he exposed two conmen and a guy selling fake qualifications in London anybody want to criticise him for "picking on" London?

 

I don't believe the programme was having a pop at poor people, instead it was exposing the thieves and cheats who make decent folk whether poor or not angry.
