Blackbeard   10 #5 Posted November 1, 2014 Anything to do with space exploration is problematic, there was another explosion of a rocket this week http://www.newyorker.com/tech/elements/antares-explosion-confronting-inevitable-risks-space-travel I spent a large part of my working life working on space projects and only witnessed one explosion personally but there were other problems causing spacecraft failures including one attributed to Vaseline!
