ttparsons   10 #4 Posted October 29, 2014 I have used Taylor & Emmett and also Norrie, Waite and Slater recently and I would be happy to use either of them again. If you are getting a mortgage, your lender may suggest a solicitor to do it - could work out cheaper.
 Share this content via...

Bonjon   10 #6 Posted October 29, 2014 Another vote for Coates, we are in the process of a sale and purchase and they are doing both, we have also used them in the past, very efficient and well priced.
 Share this content via...
Andy1976 Â Â 10 #7 Posted October 29, 2014 Heard lots of good things about Coates for conveyancing. Â Wouldn't recommend Wake Smith or Irwin Mitchell. I've had bad experiences with both.
 Share this content via...

JJRB Â Â 10 #9 Posted November 2, 2014 Lindsay Coates gets my vote as well as Sally @ Taylor and Emmet. Â If you are going for a mortgage check the solicitor you want to use is on their panel as will save you time and money if they aren't.
