I have used Taylor & Emmett and also Norrie, Waite and Slater recently and I would be happy to use either of them again.

If you are getting a mortgage, your lender may suggest a solicitor to do it - could work out cheaper.

I have used Lindsey from Coates at Mosbrough loads of times myself so a second recommendation from me.

Another vote for Coates, we are in the process of a sale and purchase and they are doing both, we have also used them in the past, very efficient and well priced.

Heard lots of good things about Coates for conveyancing.

Wouldn't recommend Wake Smith or Irwin Mitchell. I've had bad experiences with both.

Lindsay Coates gets my vote as well as Sally @ Taylor and Emmet.

If you are going for a mortgage check the solicitor you want to use is on their panel as will save you time and money if they aren't.
