acmmjw   10 #7 Posted October 15, 2014 I asked them last year for a copy of a deed a trust which is in there vault.They said they couldn't find it. I phoned them up yesterday regarding another matter and they havn't even phoned me back. I've gone to Irwin Mitchell now, luckily i found the deed. Haven't had to chase at all, have only needed a couple of meetings, and theres only been about 8 weeks between having my offer accepted and exchanging. I'd use them again in a second.
