Has anyone had any dealings with these people?. I keep phoning and they say they will get someone to phone me back, but no one ever does.

They did my conveyancing 4 years ago. Excellent support. I would recommend them. They were at that time based just off High St near the catherdral.

Know a person where they lost evidence of what they were representing them for

I asked them last year for a copy of a deed a trust which is in there vault.They said they couldn't find it. I phoned them up yesterday regarding another matter and they havn't even phoned me back. I've gone to Irwin Mitchell now, luckily i found the deed.

I phoned Wosskow Brown up last week about making an appointment to make a pair of wills, they took my name and number and said someone would call me back.........a week later and no call back. I will be taking my business elsewhere I think.

I've just bought a house using them and I cannot recommend enough. Haven't had to chase at all, have only needed a couple of meetings, and theres only been about 8 weeks between having my offer accepted and exchanging. I'd use them again in a second.
