Â It's 20 self contained 'flats' within one large building, with communal living areas etc. It's run by Sanctuary Housing and when they first announced it, they said it would be for women and children only. Â It's due to be signed off by Keepmoat on 20 October, so I think people will be moving in soon. Â Sanctuary told me that it will be a range of people living there..... could be women fleeing abuse, asylum seekers, released prisoners.... anyone who is homeless and in need really.
