GRAHAM F Â Â 10 #14 Posted October 13, 2014 Have a look at Beighton for definite, there will be plenty of choice in the price range, also its perfect for trams and buses, plenty of nice dining out places, great shopping at Crystal Peaks and its easy access to the M1/M18 and 10 minutes into the City Center via the parkway (as long as you avoid peak time). Â Great place to live in my opinion.
 Share this content via...

Bilge   34 #16 Posted October 14, 2014 What about Norton Lees? Always seems nice to me round there for the price, fine if you're not bothered about schools. Neat 1930s semis with large gardens. Close to Woodseats for buses/shops/life and handy for the road network.
 Share this content via...
moke   10 #17 Posted October 16, 2014 thanks for all the suggestions. they had a look round beighton and surrounding areas - they seemed to like the look of owlthrorpe and waterthorpe.  next time they come up they're going to have more of a look around the other end of the city up by us.  Norton Lees could well be good shout inbetween the north and the far south...
