The Joker   10 #2 Posted October 5, 2014 Yes it can, if you're sure that's what you want to achieve.  A blocked phone is one that has its IMEI number blacklisted by all network providers, therefore you won't be able to make / receive calls with it.  As a Samsung Galaxy Ace is a smartphone (a dubious statement, given the pathetically small amount of RAM and storage that Samsung crippled it with) you can still use its smartphone features, such as connecting to a Wifi access point, installing apps and yes, you can reset it to factory settings.  You may need the phone's number to reset it (I can't remember the steps exactly, I got rid of my Galaxy Ace years ago) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites Share this content via...
