As the Aston Parish council website is down and not being updated and I would like to attend the bonfire at Rosegarth park Aston. Does anyone know if it is on this year and if so which night ?

the transport ground meadowhead with funfair now looks to have its biggest ever bonfire with its huge collection already collected,this Thursday free entry 6pm

Transport Update......the weather is looking good for us!!!! the bonfire is looking great. Just a little reminder to everyone....the fair will be on the hard standing of the car park, so there will be no on-site parking available. And please don't bring personal fireworks or sparklers...we don't want to get in bother!!! This event is kindly supported by Greenhill and Bradway Tennants Association who have sponsored our DJ/compere for the event and a wonderful facepainter...many thanks to everyone who backed this proposition, it's very much appreciated.

 

Sheffield Transport Club is a non-profit organisation - this event is our way of thanking the local community for their continued support. To enable more local children to enjoy the event there is no admission charge.....but there will be a raffle during the evening to start saving towards next years event!!! Any local businesses wishing to donate prizes (however small) please ring us on 0114 2373216 for more information.

I will donate to the cause,will drop off a prize soon,seen the wood seems to be a lot,being putting out last minute flyers in shops,colour posters out,lets hope the weathers fine and big als on top form,i love bonfire night ,and this must be one of the best around that's free ,so see you there thurs evening,there seems to be a lot of talk about it on the estate,so don't miss this fantastic event at the transport ground this thurs 6pm at meadowhead thanks

As above ^^, Wadsley Bridge WMC on Friday, looks like there bonfire's going to be a big 'un!!
