DevAcupunctu   10 #13 Posted September 2, 2015 We agree entirely- try acupuncture! The Migraine Trust have just shared the news that acupuncture is a safe and effective treatment for anyone with chronic migraines. Also it has none of the side effects of the preventative treatments that you can read about on their website: antidepressants, antihistamines, anticonvulsants and, for the 5% of migraineurs who are eligible, Botox injections.  Read the full article on our blog: http://www.devonshireacupuncture.co.uk/blog/acupuncture-for-migraines/
 Share this content via...
Jomie   30 #14 Posted September 2, 2015 Ask your dentist if you have signs of grinding of teeth while you are asleep. A gum shield can be made to fit over the lower teeth. This doesn't stop grinding of teeth but it cushions and relieves the pressure. It does work. Try to minimise stress and learn how to relax. Acupuncture is good but is ongoing treatment so can be expensive.
 Share this content via...
