Monitor flashing on and off

Does every card have some sort of generic driver that the BIOS holds?

 

No.

 

Video cards have certain "defaults" built in (640X460 @ 16 colours) Windows has drivers for these default modes built in (which is why safe mode looks crap:D).

hi my elonex exentia is doing that any help please i orderd cd recovery disc from elonex last week but it still keeps doing it every time i click on any thing its stressing me out now :confused:

Like it's being mentioned in past posts , have you tried another monitor on your system to rule out monitor problems?

hi there my pc is elonex exentia media center its just a screen with everything built in to it no tower i should of said be for soz

yep its the exentia rang the company they said i just needed recovery disc but its not made a difference

no one got any ideas for me plz as itz really stressin me out ive read all ideas and cheaked but nothing broke that i can see uninstalled drivers but no change
